As a clinician, I have worked with a wide range of populations including children, adolescents, families, young adults, and older adults. Common challenges that I work with include bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family conflicts, borderline personality disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am licensed as a therapist in MA, CT, NJ, PA, and DE, and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in MA, CT, NJ, and MD. I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, M.S. in Nursing, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. I also have credentials as a registered play therapist and approved clinical supervisor.
