Hello, and welcome to Road to Ready Counseling! I’m Celina the founder of Road to Ready Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. I earned my M.A. degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I am bilingual fluent in English and Spanish. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, and trauma. I draw from a variety of counseling theories and techniques tailored to the needs and situation of each individual. I specialize in integrative and holistic approaches to promote the overall mental health wellbeing of each client. I provide a nurturing and safe space for each client to promote positive therapeutic outcomes. My goal is to educate, empower, motivate, and assist individuals in increasing the quality of their lives.
