My name is Celeste, and I am licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address multiple issues stemming from depression, anxiety, substance use, phobias, grief, relationships, trauma, chronic pain, low self-esteem, and other life experiences. I enjoy assisting others in developing techniques for achieving goals, improving personal well-being, and effecting lasting positive change in a supportive, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship.
