Introduction

Welcome! Do you have a particular life obstacle you are trying to overcome? Perhaps you have been feeling down or anxious, maybe you feel “stuck” and overwhelmed with stress of life. Seeking help from a clinician can help put things into perspective and learn new skills to manage these feelings. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. We work collaboratively, to identify what you seek from therapy, develop a plan, and help you meet your goals. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural. I have worked extensively with culturally diverse individuals and helped many make positive life changes, experienced in treating varying severities of depression, anxiety, relational issues, and trauma. Using a strengths-based and eclectic approach to therapy, I tailor each session based on your needs.
