Introduction

Do you excel at school or the workplace but struggle emotionally or with inner confidence, constant negative thinking patterns, standing up for yourself and using your voice? Do you experience excessive worry, chronic body tension, or maybe you grew up in a household where you had to suppress your emotions and needs? I would like to help. I love working with high-achieving BIPOC women who excel in school or work but struggle with childhood trauma or neglect, anxiety, mood disorders, or a deficit in interpersonal skills. My goal is to decrease the inner-chaos and help you blossom into the healed version of yourself. I am certified in CPT for trauma, IPSRT for mood disorders, trained in DBT (includes mindfulness, interpersonal skills, and distress tolerance) and IFS (inner child healing). I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space but will also give you clear and concrete steps to help you heal, challenge beliefs, and change self destructive behaviors. I also have several other therapist who work at Honest Counseling PLLC. Reach out today, we are happy to help.
