Introduction

Hello! My name is Celesta Palmer and I am Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients overcome the effects of past trauma and experience authentic living. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I provide a safe and supportive space for teens (12 yrs +), adults, and couples seeking to heal from distressing life events, repair relationships with self and others, and find peace. In my therapeutic work, I also emphasize the importance of developing healthy coping skills and practical strategies for creating a life aligned with your authentic self. If you're encountering sadness, anger, frustrations, pain, or "stuckness" in life and are ready for change, I encourage you to take a moment and schedule a free phone consultation with me. I offer my clients a compassion-filled, authentic, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic environment. We’re all human. Let’s talk about it.
