Mental Health Therapy Guided Growth Counseling and Coaching
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adolescent, Young Adult,

Introduction

Welcome to your safe space. Therapy should be a judgment-free zone - one that allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, from the most mundane to the most vulnerable. This process is about you, for you. It is your opportunity to find the therapist who is right for YOU. My hope is that you embrace your unique needs and are selective in who you accept as your therapist. Finding a therapist is difficult, and having a strong, trusting alliance is fundamental to a successful therapeutic experience. That relationship is exactly what I strive for. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in our interactions. I received my bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Utah, and my master's degree in clinical social work from Fordham University in New York. I spent a decade working in the mental health field, in a diversity of settings including The Rape Recovery Center, incarceration, mental health treatment centers, and outpatient services. That depth of clinical experience allows my treatment approach to be highly unique, resulting in a plan created specifically for you and your needs. I am focused on treating teens to young adults ages 18 to 35, in the following areas: · Anxiety, depression, and bipolar, and other mood disorders · Self-esteem challenges · Sexual assault · Faith transitions · LGBTQIA+ I'm here to first guide your growth, recovery and journey. But also to help you develop the emotional and behavioral skills to experience your life with the confidence and success you envision. Think of it as a Guided Growth Life. If you feel we may be a good fit, I invite you to call or text me at (801) 839-5065. We will schedule a 15-minute consultation to discuss your unique needs, share my process, and optionally schedule a first session. I hope to hear from you!
