Introduction

Are you tired of feeling stuck and broken? Have you been through service-related stressful experiences, that you don’t talk about because others won’t understand and may look at you different? Amidst these circumstances, do you find yourself grappling with an internal battle of anger, being on-edge, nightmares, chronic pain, and feeling distant/detached from yourself and others? Maybe you’ve tried therapy, but it never went anywhere because no one seemed to get to the root of the problem. These are very common struggles for those who have experienced complex trauma, including service-related and line-of-duty stressful experiences. Over 10 years, I’ve refined my skills to specialize in complex trauma/PTSD, grief, and marriage/family issues. Using EMDR and attachment based therapies, I help military veterans (all eras), service members, first responders, and their families heal from unique challenges that follow service-related/line-of-duty traumatic experiences, and life adversities.
