Introduction

For so many people personal issues, hardships, challenges, mistakes, the good, bad, and the ugly are to be kept to oneself. We all have been in certain situations where we have said, “I can figure this out on my own, it’s my issue, my problem”. With confidence, I can say that life is so much better in relationships. One of my greatest passions is to help others understand and know the importance of making connections and navigating through life with others. Being a Licensed Professional Counselor is a huge opportunity for me to walk alongside you on this journey of healing. Whether it's depression, anxiety, anger management, navigating through unwanted thoughts, grief, loss, life challenges, struggles with self-worth, navigating through challenging behaviors in children and teens, helping others to understand and navigate through trauma, early childhood trauma, or acute and complex trauma. I incorporate cutting-edge evidence-based counseling techniques such as Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Trust-Base Relational Intervention (TBRI), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness, along with a biblical foundation, I have been able to walk alongside teens, adults, and families through some of their most difficult moments. “It’s not how you start but how you finish”, let’s finish well!
