Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 7 years experience working along side individuals and families, dealing with a broad range of mental health needs. I have post graduate training in trauma-focused treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health Specialization. I have worked with all ages, focusing on empowerment and cognitive reconstruction, to aide in bettering an individuals mental and physical health, for an optimal life. Throughout my career I have had experience providing treatment to children and caregivers (parents/guardians etc.), with pursuit of building family communication and secure attachment. More recently, I have worked closely with families affected by terminal illness, providing support, cooping skills and understanding through their journey. I am currently obtaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification, in hopes to help families from the time of conception throughout the lifetime of the family. I believe that every individual has the want to live their best life, and with professional support, education and treatment, they can succeed.
