As of January 2024, I currently have a waitlist. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001, I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being of each client, providing culturally competent services, and helping clients improve their quality of life. I have 20 years of experience working with older and disabled adults, often with chronic and acute illnesses. I believe that positive change is possible at any age and at any juncture in a person's life. I believe you can have a better, more fulfilling life. I can help you get there. As my client, you will learn techniques to cope with stressors better, deal with grief and loss, and improve your quality of life. I offer sessions that are tailored to you and your needs and can help if you are coping with issues related to life transitions, illness, aging, mobility loss, depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive decline, or quality of life. If you are motivated to make changes to bring about fulfillment, I will walk with you and help guide you there.
