Hello, my name is Cathy Clifton. I am a National Board Certified Counselor in the State of Alabama. I have spent the past five years of my career working in the judicial field and with those impacted by trauma. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling and a secondary Master's in Trauma and Crisis Response. I have had the opportunity to work with our military, law enforcement, fire and rescue services across the country. My heart is for my client. Walking alongside them until they reach their goals has been the most rewarding for me. Whether it is life becoming overwhelming or you are just needing to plant your feet and find direction, I am here for you. We will unravel things together. My hope is that you feel supported and that here at Aspire, we are able to provide you the care and knowledge you need to move forward to better days.
