Introduction

You are the expert on your own life! You know yourself better than anyone else and always will. Therapy is about supporting YOU throughout your life journey; whatever that may look like. As a therapist, I consider it an honor to have the opportunity to get to know you, hold space for the stories of your past, support you through the challenges of the present, and equip you with new skills and tools to use going forward. I am an ally for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Before venturing into private practice, I gathered years of experience in both outpatient counseling settings and secure in-patient units. Children and adult women are my primary areas of specialization, but I enjoy working with a diverse client population. I currently provide individual counseling for both children and adults targeting a wide variety of needs. If you are looking for more support for yourself or your child I encourage you to reach out and set up a free fifteen minute phone call consultation to determine if I am the best fit for your counseling needs!
