Introduction

My approach to mental wellness is from a place of calmness and compassion. It's important to me that my patients feel heard and understood. I find my style and clinical experience are a good fit for helping adults who struggle with the effects of childhood attachment trauma. This type of trauma often takes the form of addiction, traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, anger/aggression, impulsivity, low self-esteem, co-dependency, ineffective communication, poor boundaries, and family/social relational conflicts. I work to help my patients gain awareness of how their childhood experiences have effected and continue to effect their relationship with others and with themselves; and ultimately help them resolve issues related to their childhood experiences. The therapeutic work we do together can help you transform and gain a greater self-esteem, security, and confidence. I am certified as an Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP). I have extensive experience treating substance disorders, traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety mainly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy to help my patients achieve mental wellness. I would love to be a part of your journey to a healthier and happier life. Call me today to schedule your appointment!
