Making yourself a priority while trying to manage life's demand isn't easy. I'm Catherine Ogletree, owner and lead clinician of Pure Counseling and Consulting. I have been a Licensed Professional Therapist for almost 10 years, I have been working in the counseling field for 20 years. I offer a judgment free space to focus on your strengths and work through other things that are affecting your life, past or present. I support my clients' growth through reality, solution-focused and CBT therapy. I work hard to create a positive, supportive space needed to work through hard things and become a better version of yourself. I value creating a trusting, empathetic, respectful space. We will work together to to create realistic goals in a space you deserve.
