I have been a Licensed Professional Therapist for almost 10 years, I have been working in the counseling field for 20 years. I offer a judgment free space to work on being a healthier, happier, version of yourself. I support my clients' growth through reality, solution-focused and CBT therapy. I work hard to create a positive, supportive space needed to work through hard things and become a better version of yourself. I value creating a trusting, empathetic, respectful space.
