Catherine earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University and has since been working with clients of all ages for the treatment of ADHD, ODD, PTSD, life adjustments, anxiety, depression, and autism spectrum disorder. Catherine has a passion and special interest working with children and teenagers. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and eclectic, as she values meeting and adjusting to the client to suit their individual needs. She is interactive in sessions utilizing techniques from play, music, and art therapies. She views it an honor to help children process, learn healthy coping skills, and develop greater emotional intelligence that can last a lifetime. Catherine often meets with her client’s parents and/or families to better help her clients on a systemic level. She also uses CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and supportive approaches to therapy. Catherine also sees adults for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. She strives to create a safe and judgement-free space helping clients gain the insight and skills necessary to reach their goals. Catherine loves being a mom to her son and two dogs. She enjoys crafting, reading, and exploring all that the area has to offer.
