Introduction

I know how daunting it can be to start with a new therapist. My own small early successes in therapy helped lead me to much deeper counseling work and healing, ultimately guiding me to become a counselor. Solution-focused brief therapy with other supportive skills can help get folks over the hump and better able to move forward. Some folks choose to work through deeper traumas and release the pain of the past. Whatever route is best for you, I hope to assist as you take your next step.
