At different points in our lives, we can become overwhelmed and unbalanced. We are all human, having good days and bad. While each person is unique, we are not alone in this experience of life. My desire as a therapist is to have a holistic understanding of who you are and help you improve your life in the ways you desire. I work with individuals, couples and families of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life to treat a wide variety of issues. Couples therapy is my niche, as well as families affected by substance use. I have additional experience and training in Perinatal Mental Health. I participated in a Medical Family Therapist Intensive, strengthening my knowledge around the mind-body connection and treating clients experiencing a variety of medical experiences, trauma and chronic illnesses. My approach to therapy is to collaborate with you to build a more holistic understanding of yourself and your system: to identify those things that help you reach your desired goals, and further your path to self improvement. It is my goal to help you better understand yourself and your relationships in order to foster a space for healing and balance.
