Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

I take a strengths-based narrative approach to therapy, affirming your natural ability to reflect on your past experiences so you can move forward with new insight and agency. I also believe that sometimes insight alone is not enough for true change to occur, so I draw upon an experiential, somatic approach—incorporating interventions from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to help you gain deeper awareness of your emotions and intuition. I often work with people around issues of self-worth, anxiety and depression, gender and sexual identity, intimacy, relationship issues, and self-expression.
