Catherine is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Catherine’s approach is grounded in a recognition of the inherent worth and dignity of every individual and belief in each client’s capacity for healing and growth. She believes strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help facilitate change. Catherine draws on a variety of approaches and interventions and has specialized training in both EMDR and the Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Model. She has experience working with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, problematic sexual behavior, grief and loss, and trauma.
