My name is Cat and I am here to support you if you are experiencing distress from past traumas, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. I am a mental therapist that specializes in working with adult men, women, and couples helping them navigate relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, grief, and life changes. I utilize an empowering and holistic approach with the use of EMDR therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness techniques to support your healing and growth. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and EFCT to help strengthen bonds, resolve conflict, and grow closer. Together we dig deep and explore your past experiences, self-limiting beliefs, and self-destructive patterns. We work together to teach new ways of engaging with the world and with those around us to achieve healing, growth, and freedom.
