Thank you for considering me as part of your community of care. I am eager to collaborate with you with compassion and presence as we consider the complexities you are navigating, while we get curious about ways to build nourishment, healing, and regeneration in your life. Affirming your sense of agency and identity, and your capacity to thrive is paramount to my approach. I am a pre-licensed associate Marriage & Family Therapist at Collaborative Marriage & Family Therapy, and I offer virtual psychotherapy for New York-based individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with queer and trans individuals, couples, and families. Other areas of expertise include neurodivergence, relational diversity and sex therapy, life thresholds and adjustment, perinatal support, and grief and loss. My therapeutic philosophy is liberatory and intersectional, and my approach is integrative, somatic, and creative. I rely on a range of therapeutic interventions and tools, including emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, parts work, and mindfulness. In all of my work, I am informed by anti-racist, anti-ableist, abolitionist, and decolonial frameworks that unpack and dismantle internalized oppression. My practice affirms gender, sexual, and relationship diversity (GSRD), is LGBTQ+ inclusive, and sex and body positive.
