I am a clinical mental health counseling intern earning my master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and ADHD. I also enjoy working with clients to address relationship difficulties, women’s issues, life transitions, and the general stressors that show up in our daily lives. I integrate several approaches into my therapeutic work including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and existential theory. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities allows you to develop greater present-moment awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and learn practical tools for managing intense emotion. I strive to make therapy a transformative and collaborative experience for each person I work with.
