Hi, I’m Casz (they/them)! I’m a queer, trans non-binary, autistic therapist who believes that healing is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about coming home to yourself. I specialize in working with complex trauma and trauma-related disorders, offering care that honors the body, the nervous system, and the multiplicity of the self. My approach weaves together IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT-informed mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-focused interventions—all through an anti-oppressive, liberation-centered lens. As someone who’s navigated the world through queer, neurodivergent embodiment, I know how powerful it can be to be truly witnessed. My work is relational, tender, and collaborative. You set the pace; I’ll walk beside you. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me adventuring through Hyrule, thrifting for treasures, or recharging by the lake.
