Introduction

I am a twin mom who became fiercely passionate about working with women after my own pregnancy journey. Navigating a complex system with a lack of resources for new mothers made me realize that I needed to shift my career focus to creating a space for new moms to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually after having a new baby. I am an avid runner and health coach in addition to being a therapist. Integrating movement and holistic wellness is a critical component to my approach in therapy. I am currently offering virtual therapy appointments in TN, SC, and NC.
