Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with significant training in child development, family systems, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and I'm passionate about helping families learn to LOVE being together! I have more than 15 years of experience working with children, youth & families in early education, child welfare, mental health, and school-based settings. As a mom to 3 young kids of my own, I know that whether it's the piling up of daily life stressors, the unique challenges our children confront us with, our own past trauma: maintaining peace and connection in our home doesn't always come naturally! All behaviors communicate something, and I'm here to help uncover what may be being said - but misunderstood and interrupting your family's ability to connect more positively, love more deeply, and genuinely enjoy your time together! My theoretical approach is generally through an attachment-based lens, but I take an integrative approach to understanding you, your needs, and ensuring you achieve the goals you have for your family. You can expect a person-centered, judgment free space that is guided by the commitment of turning your dream family into your reality.
