I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about my background and approach as your therapist. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with multiple years of experience in the field. Over this time, I have had the opportunity to work in various settings, including inpatient treatment facilities and with individuals facing extreme crises. My experiences have shaped my passion for helping others and my commitment to serving the community. I am working toward obtaining my license by the end of the year, with 3,500 hours completed out of the required 3,000. My approach to therapy is rooted in the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) model. I believe strongly in being a guiding light and source of inspiration for my clients. This model emphasizes finding solutions and empowering you to achieve your goals, focusing on your strengths and resources. I am genuinely passionate about what I do, and I am motivated to help you navigate your challenges and work towards positive change. If you have any questions about my approach or would like to discuss our work together further, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.
