There are many reasons for seeking therapy, and while each person's story is different, I believe the struggle and the pain underlying them are universal. We are made for connection, and you don't have to fight your struggles alone. I want to help create a space within therapy for you to understand your story, find your voice, and discover what healing looks like for you so that you can be empowered inside and outside of therapy. I would love to work with you so that as a team, we can discover what you need on your own journey as you move towards healing. Therapy is a mixture of removing obstacles that are preventing healing and providing support to help you move towards your goals. In our sessions, this might involve exploring your past to gain greater insight and awareness or it could look like learning practical skills.
