Are you feeling hesitant about reaching out for help? Maybe you're worried about being judged or ending up with a therapist who only asks, "and how does that make you feel?" At Wildwood Counseling Services, I believe therapy should be approachable, empowering, and tailored to you—even if you're still figuring out what you truly want out of life. My goal is to lower your anxiety, help you process trauma, boost your confidence, and support you in building healthy relationships and setting meaningful boundaries. Whether you're dealing with personal trauma, religious or spiritual challenges, weight loss struggles, strained relationships, or anxiety, we'll work together at your pace, focusing only on what feels right for you. I also offer pre-surgical bariatric assessments to guide you through that important decision-making process. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including EMDR. As the owner of Wildwood Counseling Services in Toledo, OH, I offer both in-person and video sessions.
