Cassandra Holt, MSEd, LPCC-S, EMDR

Cassandra is the owner and lead therapist at Freestyle Therapy LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in California. She is a trauma therapist certified in EMDR. With a lifetime as a musician, she is passionate about offering workshops and groups addressing mental health issues tailored to the entertainment, freelance, and entrepreneurial fields, as well as the neurodivergent community. She offers individual, group counseling, and EMDR intensives. She also partners with other somatic practitioners to take a full person approach to trauma treatment. Twice a year she offers the “Freestyle Therapy Group” and the “Neurodivergent Magical ****ing Humans Group”.
