I empower individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. We’ll work together to identify and call on your strengths and resilience to assist in your healing. We’re each unique, so I’ll work collaboratively with you to find an approach that matches but also challenges you. I’m goal oriented and am excited to see you achieve your desired outcome, but I also understand how to attune to your pace. Working through anxiety and trauma is hard work but I’m here to help you through the healing process. I’ll go further than just talking about the problem - I’ll help you go deeper into the history and cause - work through emotions and triggers to figure out what you need to move forward and achieve your desired outcome. After working with me you’ll learn to be gentler with yourself, feel more confident, self-acceptance and an increased self-worth.
