Introduction

I work with a diverse client population, but my areas of focus are anxiety, major depression, ADHD, PTSD/ trauma, and anger management. During the 1st session, we will gather background information to assess how to best help you. Length of treatment varies, & depends on client engagement, resources available, client/counselor rapport, and the complexity of issues. I have an autoimmune disorder, and am able to relate to and understand clients that have chronic illnesses like mine.
