Introduction

I am a board licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon. I work with youth and adults navigating life transitions. I have a particular passion for perinatal mental health. This includes family planning, pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and parenthood. Therapy is not about “fixing” or “changing” who you are; it is an ongoing process of self-reflection and discovery. Together we will work to identify areas of your life that are not working and make shifts towards well-being. I work from a relational model and primarily use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
