Introduction

Welcome! My name is Casey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I work to provide a calm and peaceful environment where healing can happen. In treatment I focus heavily on increasing awareness through the use of mindfulness. For example, consider how much time we spend thinking about the past or future compared to the present. Too much time in the future breeds anxiety while too much time in the past breeds depression. The present is where we find peace even for just a moment. Clinically, I specialize in the treatment of Trauma, Anxiety issues, and Mood issues. In addition I have training in addictive disorders and DBT. I also have received extensive training in EMDR as well as other treatments for trauma. Over my career I have worked with most clinical issues. I provide a calming non-judgmental environment so that healing can take place. I like to help others understand patterns and triggers as a way of increasing our overall understanding as this awareness can be so helpful in increasing desired interactions and making long lasting changes. I provide both in person and Telehealth *There are some services that are outside of my scope of practice that include custody evaluations, forensic services, and personal injury evaluations
