Sometimes you don’t even have space to identify why you are feeling the way you do, but by slowing down and taking time to acknowledge your experiences, past and present, you can reengage with your story and discover what you need in order to live more wholly. We all long to be seen, known, and loved; but, we often have internal barriers that prevent us from experiencing these things. In therapy, you can identify those barriers in a safe environment while creating new ways of relating to yourself and others. Through my integrative therapeutic approach I utilize emotions-focused and cognitive techniques to join you where you are at, while also stoking insight into underlying and historical patterns that are connected to recurrent issues. I am passionate about offering individual therapy to adults from all backgrounds, specifically those seeking to challenge stuck patterns, understand their past, and navigate the complexities of life. My experience has included working with young adults to walk with them through life transitions, depression, anxiety, family trauma, addiction and more.
