Introduction

I am a second-generation Asian-American who started this teletherapy only private practice to create more accessibility for those seeking counseling in the states of Washington & Oregon. I hope to address the stigmas of mental health in many BIPOC communities. I approach sessions with a person-centered lens as I believe change can happen within the individuals, and I am happy to help support individuals who are newly seeking counseling or those returning to the space.
