Introduction

I’m Casey and I am glad you found my page. I am a compassionate listener who is here to provide support and guidance to individuals so they can have healthy, fulfilling lives. I use a person-centered-approach: I strive to understand your point of view and take a non-judgmental stance. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and ADHD. I work with adolescents and adults to help them overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, inadequacies, perfectionism, and shame. I help clients learn ways to be more connected to others.
