Introduction

Out Patient Therapy: Modern and relatable licensed psychotherapist. I see a variety of clients with a range of needs including perinatal mood and anxiety (PMAD), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, conduct problems, relationship issues, family issues, life changes and more. I pull from object relations, the attachment spectrum, social learning, and behaviorism. I acknowledge that we are social beings and that we are wired for connection. I come from a trauma informed lens and believe in using the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I am trained in CBT-E for treating eating disorders and utilize a variety of evidence based practice such as CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, SFBT, MATCH for children with anxiety/depression/trauma/conduct problems, and neurobiology. Co-Parenting Coaching: As a parent we know that you want the best for your child. We also recognize you are a human being with feelings and experiences which might be making it difficult to co-parent right now. You might be on this page because you are going through a divorce, experiencing sudden conflict with your child’s other parent, or for a number of other reasons. We want to support you in working through the emotional blocks that might be making it difficult to work together. We will support you both in developing the skills you need to learn effective ways to communicate (which includes receiving information), compromise, make decisions, and connect with you child in ways that benefit the entire family system. Children benefit when everyone is on the same page. We can help you to do that. Relationships are essential and when they are fostered the goal can be focused on attaining confidence in multiple domains- academic, social/personal, family, and career. We want to help others build a life worth living. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. We are here to support you in that process.
