Carrie is an LPCC who graduated with her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2023. She also received her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and social work from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2020. Carrie strives to create a collaborative relationship with clients through ensuring your comfort throughout a session, knowing that therapy can often be the first awkward step toward a brighter future. Carrie is currently training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) treatment, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but she also values the use of existential theory and mindfulness in sessions. Carrie is focused to help you recognize that even if you feel you’ve hit rock bottom, that there’s no way but up, and together you can set up the ladder to begin climbing towards your goals. Are you ready to start your new healing journey? Contact Carrie or In Focus Counseling at (720) 295-9522 to schedule an in-person or online session.
