Hello there! I am welcoming new online therapy clients and have availability Tues 9-11am and Wed from 1-4pm. I use an integrative approach that combines top-down therapeutic methods like CBT and ACT with bottom-up, body-based practices such as somatic therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness. I believe lasting healing requires engaging both the mind and the body in helping you process thought patterns while also releasing stored emotion through the nervous system to create deep and lasting transformation. Together, we’ll use body-based tools to support deep healing, creation of empowering narratives, and reconnection with your true self, which will empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
