With over twelve years of combined experience in educational settings and the social work field, she has worked with children in public schools and provided community-based services to families, children, and adolescents. Carrie is passionate about biological reunification and family preservation, supporting clients with a strengths-based, humanistic approach that emphasizes the impact of attachment. As a licensed clinical social worker, she offers therapeutic services and mental health assessments to adults and children, specializing in attachment-focused EMDR. Carrie also conducts court-ordered parental capacity and custody evaluations, holding an advanced forensic social worker certificate with specialized training in evaluation writing, child welfare advocacy, and trauma-informed services for justice-involved populations. She provides a non-judgmental, safe space with unconditional positive regard, combining her experience and education to empower clients to make positive life changes.
