Introduction

I provide therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-focused lens, and views each person as a resilient individual system capable of developing agency of their lived story and gaining mastery and healing of their whole self. I have over 20 years of direct-client mental health care experiences working with individuals and families living with challenges complicated by serious and persistent mental illness, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma and family violence. I received a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and am a MN Board Certified Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
