Introduction

I believe that people have the potential to change with the right support and tools. When we are able to identify our thoughts and beliefs about a situation, we can change the behavior that is most often associated with that thought. I provide honest communication, encouragement, a dose of humor and support. My approach to treatment is individualized based on each person's needs. In an effort to accommodate busy schedules, I offer evening and weekend appointments. Together, we will collaborate on goals and a plan while building upon your strengths. I look forward to hearing from you!
