Carrie Coombs is experienced in treating adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Currently, she treats individuals in the context of their relationships. If you seek family or couples, she will work primarily with the individuals and occasionally as a group. Her passion is to help you identify what keeps you stuck, create a plan, teach new skills, and hold you accountable to build those skills into your life. She draws from evidence-based approaches, such as Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and trauma processing with EMDR, Somatic, Psychodynamic, and other approaches. She is interested in your whole experience and wants to help you love your life more. She currently has a poetry/writing group that meets on Saturday mornings.
