Introduction

Welcome to my page! I look forward to connecting with you. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based, collaborative, and highly effective trauma treatment. I am trained in providing EMDR via Telehealth. I’m also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important vehicle for positive change. My approach is trauma-informed and theoretically grounded. My areas of specialty include complex trauma, dissociation, psychosis, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
