Greetings! I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2012 and I have been in the human services field for almost 30 years. I earned my undergraduate degree from Villanova University and my Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University, Camden. I am highly trained in trauma processing and am working towards certification in Imago Relationship Therapy. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate growth, healing and emotional prosperity through a variety of evidenced-based practices. I am a secular therapist. The first step to therapy success is a healthy therapeutic relationship. No one starts therapy because life is easy and good. I am keenly aware of the need to feel safe in this process and to be seen and heard. I work with your strengths and respect your goals for your therapeutic journey.
