Introduction

As far as anyone around you can tell, you are doing okay (maybe even great!), but deep down you feel you are barely holding it together. You’ve spent your whole life taking care of others and ignoring your own needs for the benefit of everyone around you. It feels like no one, maybe not even yourself, knows the real you. If you truly let someone in, what if they look at you completely different? You are terrified people will reject you and see you as a burden if you are no longer the "strong one." The fears creep in each time you think about breaking down the wall you've carefully crafted to keep others from getting too close. But you’re tired of feeling so alone. You want to tear the wall down and let people see you - the real, imperfect, authentic, you. You want to let someone be there for you instead of crying alone in your car then smiling when you get home. But how do you even begin to open up and be vulnerable when you’ve held everything in for so long? That's where I can help. I help my clients explore, understand, and embrace their true selves. I will hold a warm and caring space to help you open up at a pace that feels comfortable (but possibly still scary!) for you. Request an intro call or message me to set up a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I'd be honored to start getting to know the real you.
