Introduction

As a survivor myself from addiction, family dysfunction, and mental health issues, I know what it feels like to not feel complete. I believe in a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on therapy techniques that treats the client(s) physically, mentally, and spiritually. We live in very stressful times and I believe at some point, we all can find ourselves in need of help. Things can happen in life that are out of our control and we need help getting back on track. We strive to feel normal again and we need to know its ok to seek professional help. Whether its because of addiction, family dysfunction, mood disorders, or just someone to talk to. The goal at the end of the day is to feel like you have a sense of purpose, meaning, and direction in life. There is no such thing as a perfect life but you can give yourself permission to stop surviving and start living again.
