I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in treating adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns. My approach to treatment is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques in my practice, and treatment is tailored to individual needs and preferences of each client. I completed my PhD in clinical and community psychology from Georgia State University, my clinical internship at the Durham VA Medical Center, and my postdoctoral residency at the Atlanta VA Health Care System. In addition to my work as a clinical psychologist, I am also an adjunct professor of psychology at Georgia State University, where I teach doctoral students in psychology.
